We worked with the Wadhwani Foundation to strengthen their accelerator and incubator arms by devising scale and sustainability strategies through organization and governance design, partnerships, technology usage, knowledge management, and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
We supported the Shakti Foundation in enhancing the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) skills of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) throughout India to improve their handling of the intersection of climate, energy, and policy for a results-based approach to building project impact strategies.
We partnered with the HT Parekh Foundation to conduct an interim monitoring study of their healthcare and nutrition initiative, reviewing progress across four states to understand early outcomes for maternal and child health.
We collaborated with Reliance Foundation to assess the Bharat India Jodo program, examining work across sustainable agriculture, food and nutrition security, water management, and ecological practices to understand how the initiative has supported rural livelihoods.
We worked with HDFC Parivartan to carry out a needs assessment for the Holistic Rural Development Program across eight states, identifying community priorities and development gaps to guide the design of nine upcoming projects.
