Moreover, it delves into the nuanced theories and practicalities underpinning social welfare and public policies across domains like public health, education, WASH, environment, and livelihoods.

Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd. has been entrusted with the responsibility of designing and implementing a structured plan to enhance the capabilities, processes, and resources of key government functionaries. The ultimate aim is to help them adapt to the rapidly evolving societal landscape in line with the goals of the P.A. Sangma Fellowship.

The capacity-building program under the P.A. Sangma Fellowship for Legal and Policy Research seeks to help key stakeholders understand:

• Meghalaya's complex socio-economic challenges,
• theoretical and practical aspects of social welfare and public policies across a spectrum of sectors, including public health, education, WASH, environment, gender, and livelihoods,
• the emerging contexts and recent advancements (such as cyber laws, technology policy) across various fields and,
• the skills necessary for effective monitoring and evaluation, as well as evidence-based public policy formulation.
