Our work is grounded in helping institutions diagnose system gaps, support program implementation, strengthen frontline and institutional capacity, and enable digital and AI-driven solutions that improve health service delivery.
We collaborated with USAID Cambodia to conduct a mid-term assessment of Community Mobilization Initiatives to End TB (COMMIT) to date and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implemented components, key challenges, and actionable recommendations to meet the activity’s intended objectives.
We partnered with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) to conduct monitoring, evaluation, and learning of the Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit (UPTSU) in Uttar Pradesh, India, to support ongoing program steering and learning from evidence to strengthen results.
We were study partners to the Agency for All for USAID, University of California and San Diego (UCSD) to generate evidence, measure, monitor, and manage adaptively, alongside research utilization to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities in identified areas.
We collaborated with the World Bank to implement health system assessments for system-level quality improvements using a mixed-methods approach in Gujarat, India, to synthesize learnings from data across all components to improve the quality of health care in the state.
We partnered with GroupM to evaluate digital interventions under the VAX Social Initiative across high zero-dose districts in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan, using mixed-methods evidence to assess changes in vaccine literacy, confidence, and uptake and to inform adaptive digital behavior-change
We partnered with Piramal Swasthya to provide monitoring, evaluation, and learning support for Anamaya: The Tribal Health Collaborative across Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Assam, generating evidence on interventions and implementation processes to strengthen health and nutrition outcomes among tribal populations.
We collaborated with Breakthrough Research to evaluate the Gender Norms Learning Agenda in Lucknow, Maharajganj, and Ghazipur. The study follows a longitudinal mixed-methods design to understand how community and digital SBCC efforts shape gender norms, aspirations, and pathways linked to young women’s economic empowerment.
We collaborated with the World Bank to conduct a process evaluation of six health system innovation pilots in Gujarat, examining early implementation, stakeholder experiences, and contextual factors to inform course correction, strengthen delivery, and assess the potential for future scale-up across the state.
