Sambodhi’s Centre for Health Systems Research & Implementation (CHSRI), will be conducting a series of webinars focusing on the diverse aspects of Health System Strengthening, addressing key topics such as inequities, digital health potential, climate resilience, gender dynamics and others.
The webinars will be conducted monthly, with each session led by an internal researcher alongside an external field expert, and a designated moderator facilitating the discussions.

Dr. Adithya Pradyumna specializes in public health, epidemiology, and sustainable development. With an MBBS from St. John’s Medical College, an MSc in Public Health, and a PhD in Epidemiology, his work focuses on climate change, health systems resilience, and equitable healthcare.
He has collaborated with national and international organizations to develop frameworks that integrate environmental sustainability into health systems.

Anuradha is a public health professional and a quantitative researcher with over 14 years of experience with strengths in health systems research, implementation support, and knowledge management in the fields of health financing, impact evaluation, primary care, urban health, and health service delivery.
She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Surrey, a master’s degree in Data Science from IIIT-Bangalore and Liverpool John Moore’s University, and a Bachelor in Dental Surgery.

M.D. Arman is a public health researcher with 2.5 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research. His work encompasses reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH), non-communicable diseases (NCDs), and health systems strengthening.
Driven by a commitment to addressing health inequities, Arman champions the integration of climate adaptation strategies within evolving health systems to enhance the resilience of marginalized populations and contribute to equitable, sustainable health solutions.
