This course will use a simulation exercise where the participants will go through all the steps of policy analysis to solve a problem which will be shared by the facilitator in advance. The facilitator will use Bardach’s 8-fold path of policy analysis, which is the most prominent policy analysis framework globally, to conduct the simulation exercise.
