This role provides with tremendous opportunity to contribute to high-quality multi-input development programs across India. S/he is expected to significantly contribute to data collection and ensuring data quality.

Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will perform the following key functions:

  • Conducting Qualitative interviews, FGDs, and Non-participant Observations in different districts in Bihar
  • Basic analysis using excel
  • Generating success stories/case studies
  • Presentation and meeting with districts team
  • Present Your Findings with the district team
  • Transcription / Translation of qualitative data

Skills Required:
Excel, Qualitative Research, FGD

Degree in operational research/ statistics/ rural development/social work

Minimum 2 years of Field Experience in monitoring and evaluation of social/community development projects

Personal Competencies:

  • Understanding of the social and development domain
  • Functional use of Microsoft Office software especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to travel to project areas
