Project Management Advisory

Our Project Management Advisory services provide long-term support to our clients.

Monitoring and Evaluation

We have an enviable track record of providing clients with evaluations designs that offer a constructive and fair perspective of the efficiency and effectiveness of the interventions. In employing evaluation designs, we have set new milestones. The evaluations designs transcend the mundane and obvious to offer in-depth analysis of the interventions.

Experimental research designs incorporating Randomized Control Trials (RCTs) are used to provide fair and across-the-board viewpoint of the interventions. Quasi-Experimental research designs incorporating Regression Discontinuity (RD), Propensity Score Matching (PSM), Difference in Difference (DID) and Randomization Promotion/Instrument are used to get a comprehensive sense of the impacts caused by the interventions.

We also anchor large-scale qualitative studies using methods: Most Significant Change Technique and Outcome Mapping. We help governments, aid agencies, and civil society in improving service delivery, planning and allocating resources, and demonstrating results as part of accountability to key stakeholders.

Technical Support

We also provide technical assistance. We build the framework of Monitoring and Evaluation for the clients. But we do not stop here. We handhold you through the cycle-conception to evaluation. We capacitate our clients and build appreciation of Monitoring and Evaluation as a key organization function.
